Before troubleshooting any
electrical circuit, ALWAYS
begin by checking the
following:
1. Fuses.
2. All connections relating
to circuit are clean and
tight.

Check for battery voltage at
open connector wire 12B (DK
BLU) at the light switch relay.
Check for battery voltage at
light switch relay pin 30,
wire 29 (RED).
Replace console/stabilizer
harness.
Not
OK
If OK
Check for battery voltage
across relay coil
position 85 & 86.
If OK
Replace light switch relay.
If OK
Make sure that the switch is
pushed all the way in on the
bottom. Measure voltage at
both wire leads at each light.
2B & 4B (Left Rear),
2B & 4C (Right Rear),
2B & 3D (Boom),
2B & 3B (Left Front) and
2B & 3C (Right Front).
If OK
Check for worklight switch
function light.
If OK
Replace bulb.
Not
OK
If OK
Replace worklight harness.
For rear worklights, check
battery voltage at worklight
switch pin 6, wire 4A (YEL).
Not
OK
If OK
Replace worklight harness.
Check battery voltage at
worklight switch pin 2,
wire 1B (RED).
Check battery voltage at
worklight switch pin 5,
wire 1C (RED).
Worklights remain OFF with
ignition switch in the RUN
position and the bottom of
the worklight switch
pushed in.
